Job Description

You will own a β€œbook of business” from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion. You would use your B2B sales or account management experience to effectively engage and build relationships with mid-market customers, knowing your clients like family and taking care of them as such. You will leverage your experience in navigating larger deals to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. You will take a proactive approach in identifying customer needs and providing innovative solutions, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations. You will conduct quarterly business reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and present product demonstrations that showcase our offerings in a compelling and tailored manner. You will need to manage multiple tasks simultaneously such as client requests, demos, proposals, and follow-ups staying organized so that nothing falls through the cracks. You will embrace the entrepreneurial, grind-it-out mentality of building something new.
