Role Overview:
- This is a critical field leadership position driving adoption of the ION System within the U.S. region.
- You will build and develop the clinical sales team and manage program launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and develop clinical sales team members to maximize performance.
- Expand ION procedure usage across existing accounts and support KOL development.
- Implement new strategies with training and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, plus 5+ years of clinical sales management or proven ION sales track record.
- In-depth knowledge of the Operating Room/Endoscopy environment and medical capital equipment sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
