Operations Engineer, BizTech

• Apply AI at the forefront of operational health using LLM-powered triage and intelligent automation.
• Prototype agentic workflows and embed AI into runbooks and diagnostics.
• Reduce backlog through AI-assisted automation and improve MTTR with intelligent alerting.

A Typical Day:

• Manage the ticket queue, prioritize requests, and identify recurring categories to automate.
• Participate in on-call and incident response, troubleshooting and documenting issues.
• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards and use AI-assisted tools for triage and scripting.

Your Expertise:

• 3+ years with observability and metrics tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• 3+ years with data querying and pipelines (e.g., SQL, Airflow, Trino).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Oracle).
