Affiliate Manager

About the role:

• We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to build and scale relationships with affiliates, creators, and key opinion leaders across the global crypto ecosystem.
• You will own the strategy and day-to-day operation of our affiliate and KOL programs, from recruiting to negotiating terms and measuring performance.
• This is a hands-on role for someone with strong relationship-building skills, crypto-native market knowledge, and a rigorous performance approach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing affiliate, creator, or KOL programs for a crypto exchange, DeFi protocol, or fintech company.
• Strong knowledge of the crypto creator and trading ecosystem, including tokenized stocks and perpetual futures.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, negotiate, and retain valuable affiliates across multiple channels and regions.
