Source, evaluate, structure, and close high-impact partnerships across platforms, marketplaces, content vendors, resellers, and integration partners — with a focus on long-term value creation and scalability.
Own the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, product education, joint GTM execution, and long-term optimization — ensuring partners are equipped and motivated to drive mutual success.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS to integrate partnerships into EasyLlama’s platform experience, sales plays, and marketing strategy — ensuring alignment across teams and touchpoints.
Build and maintain a data-driven attribution framework to track partner-influenced pipeline, revenue contribution, product adoption, and ecosystem health.
Design and lead co-marketing campaigns, joint launches, and ecosystem storytelling efforts with partners — in partnership with the Marketing team — to drive brand visibility and demand generation.
Establish scalable partnership infrastructure including onboarding workflows, enablement toolkits, PRM systems, certification programs, and co-selling/crossbeam integrations.
Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team (starting with a Partnership Account Manager), fostering a culture of execution, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic impact.
