Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary client contact, crafting agendas and leading weekly meetings to ensure account oversight.
• Project manage catalog updates and marketing campaigns while collaborating with onboarding teams for new clinics.
• Nurture corporate relationships to build loyalty and trust in the Vetcove HD platform.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in account management and a Bachelor's Degree are required.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with comfort in front of senior leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for developing client reports.
