Service Business Analyst

Responsible for all communication for the Business Service Forecasting team such as daily communication to all lines of the business via email and via phone. Financial inputting, interpreting, reconciling all financial workbooks for various territories. Overseeing processes managing growth between 75M-150M annually. Supports business and operation functions related to accurate service revenue reconciliation including historical, current and future revenue opportunities. Partners with field territories supporting multiple teams, facilitating audit outputs from other teams related to business revenue accuracy. Investigates disparities, looking for process errors as well as systemic problems associated with system and IT issues. Responsible for analysis of financial reports, trends, risks and opportunities and communicates that information associated with forecasting and performance to plan to Territory Leaders, RSM’s CSM’s, SM’s. Develop strategies improving operational efficiencies, including, but not limited to backup support, by reviewing work flows, procedures, and performance. Builds and maintains positive, effective, and mutually beneficial-working alliances with internal customers and partners. Initiates problem solving action and follows through to resolution. Schedule weekly team meetings, and business reviews regularly. Handle escalated business matters and provide solutions Communicate with subcontractors, FSO teams, etc. monitoring all progress of business to completion. Distribute the watch list and updated information to the service team to communicate with external customers.
