Job Description
You will spearhead our partnerships function, turning trusted relationships into a scalable go-to-market channel. You'll source, onboard, and manage partnerships with private equity firms, customer experience (CX) consultants, business process outsourcers (BPOs), and technology partners, generating sales opportunities while collaborating across our internal teams. Key responsibilities include sourcing, pitching, and closing new partnerships; onboarding and enabling partners with scalable collateral, training, processes, and engagement; and managing day-to-day partner operations and relationships. Collaboration with marketing, sales, product, and execs is crucial to activate partnerships.
