Responsibilities:

  • Review escalated EPC complaints and reach out to EPC for investigation.
  • Perform investigations through customer information and system data review.
  • Recommend resolutions based on investigation.

Strategic & Tactical:

  • Address customer billing complaints related to poor reviews.
  • Work with other departments to perform reviews.
  • Bring resolution to investigations through leadership approval and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years experience in a role demonstrating strategic thinking and problem solving.
  • Good computer skills (G Suite, Microsoft).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
