Job Description
This role involves developing long-term relationships with key customer/client targets and working closely with the VP of Client Services and VP of Operations to ensure customer expectations are met and overall business plans and strategies are achieved. A key responsibility is quantifying each potential new business opportunity in respect to revenue and profitability, in conjunction with Operations and Finance. You will also coordinate the objectives of the overall business development plan with all functional departments and lead the development and implementation of an overall business development marketing strategy, including competitive analysis. Prepare monthly and quarterly plan updates and communicate these to the VP Client Services and management team. The role requires extensive travel.
