About the Role:
- As a Staff Engineer, build new products and scale existing ones to evolve Gusto's product offerings.
- Collaborate with skilled professionals from ideation to post-release monitoring.
- Contribute engineering expertise across the product development lifecycle.
About the Team:
- The Business Money team supports small and medium businesses with financial tools.
- Owns products like Bill Pay, Invoicing, Expenses, Payroll Bridge, and Cash Flow Dashboard.
- Operates at a fast, startup-like pace, delivering multiple 0-1 products.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
- Build products and services and scale the platform for business money and accounting.
- Take ownership of projects ensuring high quality and performance.
- Adopt latest AI best practices in all aspects of product development.
