This role exists to protect seller time by handling administrative work around every deal, including CRM updates, scheduling, and quoting.
You will also track where seller time goes and recommend process improvements to streamline operations.

What you will do:

Capture meeting notes, update HubSpot, and keep deal records current within one business day.
Own scheduling, meeting logistics, and pre-meeting briefs for customer interactions.
Draft quotes, track approvals, and support proposal workflows to keep deals moving.

What success looks like:

Sellers gain measurable field selling time within two quarters.
Every customer meeting is logged in HubSpot within one business day, and quotes are drafted within two business days.
Your monthly time report leads to at least one implemented process improvement per quarter.

Compensation:

Base salary plus annual performance bonus targeted at approximately 10% of base salary.
Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and national benchmarking data.
