Pennylane's internal teams rely heavily on its CRM systems to deliver exceptional service to customers. Ensuring smooth operations of these systems becomes increasingly critical as the company scales rapidly. As a Junior CRM Support Specialist, you'll join the specialized CRM team, working alongside the Salesforce Admin, Developers, and Engineering Manager.
You will be responsible for responding to and resolving CRM support tickets from internal teams, helping users navigate Salesforce and related systems, documenting common issues and solutions, identifying patterns in support requests, assisting with basic data maintenance and quality checks, and supporting the team with administrative tasks related to CRM systems. This role offers an opportunity to develop technical skills in Salesforce administration, increasing responsibilities in user enablement and training, and contributing to larger CRM projects, with a pathway to grow into more specialized roles within the CRM ecosystem.
