Marketplace Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Italy

If you enjoy building new partnerships and being at the forefront of international growth, this role offers you exactly that opportunity. You’ll help shape our marketplace strategy in Italy and other markets, directly impacting the growth of Redcare Pharmacy. Be the first face for our marketplace in Italy and other selected countries, establishing lasting business relationships. Drive acquisition and development of cooperation partners across various marketplace categories (inbound and outbound). Take ownership of your individual sales targets and contribute to significant business growth. Independently research and proactively engage with potential partners to explore collaboration opportunities. Handle inbound partnership inquiries and actively support the internationalization of our marketplace. Represent Redcare Pharmacy at industry events and trade fairs, helping to boost visibility and trust. The position can either be filled in Germany remote or in Settala hybrid (2x/week office).
