Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the CEO, founder, or executive team on company priorities, strategic planning, and decision-making.
- Drive high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution.
- Establish and manage company operating rhythms, including leadership meetings, goal-setting, and business reviews.
Common Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or business operations.
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing executive-level materials.
Tools & Technologies:
- Planning & Analytics: Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, Mode.
- Project Management: Notion, Asana, Linear, Monday.com, Airtable.
- Collaboration & Finance: Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Carta, Ramp, Brex, Mosaic.
