Key Outcomes:
- Act as a trusted extension of the COO, anticipating information needs and pressure-testing decisions.
- Own the operating rhythm, building and maintaining cadences for the COO and Ops leadership.
- Drive operational excellence by auditing and improving key processes.

Target Experience:
- 7–10+ years in operational, strategy, or CoS roles within a fast-moving tech or mission-driven organization.
- Demonstrated success supporting or partnering directly with a COO, CEO, or other C-suite executive.
- Prior experience as a Chief of Staff, Head of Operations, or Strategy/Operations lead.
