Key Responsibilities:
- Own board meeting preparation and follow-through, including agendas, materials, and tracking commitments.
- Build and run the leadership team's operating rhythm: standing meetings, decision forums, and communication cadence.
- Own the system that tracks commitments across the leadership team to ensure nothing falls through.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of senior management experience, including time on a leadership team.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, organizational design, and cross-functional program management.
- Executive presence and credibility to represent the CEO with board members, investors, and senior partners.
Key Competencies:
- Mission-driven and self-directed, able to generate momentum independently.
- Structural builder who proactively creates systems where gaps exist.
- Direct communicator comfortable with difficult conversations and decision steadiness.
