Job Description
In this role you will:
-Directly respond to telephone inquiries and written requests, processing changes directly into the computer system.
-Resolve product and service problems by clarifying client complaints and determining the cause.
-Attract potential clients by answering questions and providing information regarding products and services.
Additional responsibilities include:
-Preparing and drafting responses to routine correspondence and processing rewrites and remarkets.
-Maintaining a comprehensive log and diary system, flagging contentious issues for discussion with management.
-Performing other duties within competence, as assigned, while keeping information confidential.
