Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant to support our ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and ITOM (IT Operations Management) offerings. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to potential clients, showcasing the value of our solutions, driving technical discussions, and enabling successful sales engagements. Your responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams, conducting product demonstrations, engaging with client stakeholders, designing solution architectures, creating technical documentation, and staying updated on the latest ServiceNow platform features. You will also support client workshops and act as a technical liaison during the pre-sales process. To be successful, you should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 5 years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting roles with a focus on ServiceNow products, and expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential. Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) are required, with preferred certifications including ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ITIL Foundation Certification.
