The Role:

- Manage creator support across email, SMS, social, and other channels.
- Coordinate gifting logistics and creator follow-ups across brand programs.
- QA AI-powered workflows and improve internal tools.
Who You Are:
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and familiarity with creator ecosystems.
- Comfortable using AI tools and working US business hours from any location.
