The ideal candidate will be a strategic seller with fluent English and Spanish communication skills, capable of navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and establishing GitLab as the premier DevSecOps platform in key South American markets. Main responsibilities include providing account leadership, conducting sales activities, ensuring successful product adoption, and contributing product ideas. The role requires a consultative approach to discuss business issues with prospects, develop sales proposals, and collaborate with marketing on strategies.
