Job Description:
- Mid-level support for Food and Beverage point-of-sale software (POS).
- Includes understanding Food and Beverage operations.
- Remote based support of all Shiji applications and hardware.
Qualifications:
- An understanding of and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry.
- Previous experience with software troubleshooting, hardware and software installation/upgrades.
- IT Knowledge a plus.
