Lead & Manage Corporate Store Portfolio – Oversee all aspects of operations for 10-20 corporate-owned D1 Training facilities, ensuring consistency, profitability, and operational excellence. Drive Operational Performance – Implement and monitor best-in-class systems, processes, and KPIs to drive membership growth, retention, and financial results. Support & Coach Leadership Teams – Provide direct support and leadership development to General Managers and Facility Coaches, ensuring alignment with brand standards. Execute Strategic Initiatives – Roll out corporate initiatives, promotions, and new programs, ensuring seamless integration at the facility level. Ensure Brand Consistency & Member Experience – Protect and enhance the brand experience, delivering exceptional training and customer service across all locations. Collaborate Across Teams – Work cross-functionally with marketing, performance, finance, and franchise support teams to drive results and elevate performance.
