What You’ll Contribute:
- Draft, review, negotiate and translate a variety of agreements.
- Review defined contract terms, limitation of liability, intellectual property indemnity and warranty.
- Support sales/business teams on opportunities including support of the RFP process.
What We’re Seeking:
- Juris Doctor degree; licensed to practice law and in good standing in any jurisdiction.
- Experience in software licensing, preferably in a corporate legal department.
- Strong contract formation, preparation, drafting, review, management and negotiation skills.
