Zowie is seeking an ambitious leader to join as Account Director and lead the US Customer Success team. The Account Director will lead and develop the Team by hiring, mentoring, and managing a team of top-tier Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Account Managers (AMs) to build a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer obsession. The role will drive key metrics owning team-based metrics, including Net Revenue Retention (NRR), churn reduction, customer engagement, and revenue expansion.
This role optimizes customer journeys by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to design and refine customer onboarding, adoption, and expansion strategies tailored to the US market. The role also is responsible for championing the Voice of the Customer by proactively gather and share customer insights to influence product development and strategic initiatives. This position also leverages data and tools using AI and CRM tools to identify at-risk accounts, mitigate churn, and uncover growth opportunities.
