About the Role:
- Make a difference in mental health care by ensuring patients understand their financial options.
- Work remotely from TX, NC, SC, or FL in a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.
What You’ll Do:
- Verify mental health eligibility, benefits, and authorization requirements using phone, payer portals, or fax.
- Counsel patients on financial responsibility including copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and out-of-pocket limits.
- Coordinate with front office, billing, and intake teams to resolve insurance issues and correct errors.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of customer service, insurance verification, or health care experience.
- Strong communication skills, ability to prioritize, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Call center experience preferred but not required.
