What You'll Do:
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, career sites, hiring events, referrals, and creative outreach.
- Screen and evaluate talent, checking references and aligning motivators with business needs.
- Build and maintain an active, searchable pipeline in SmartRecruiters with smart tagging and talent community tools.
Must Have:
- 1+ year of focused high-volume recruiting experience and a bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces with a strong understanding of high-volume recruitment processes and strategies.
- Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms, such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, etc.

- Manages high-volume recruitment efficiently, tracks multiple requisitions, meets deadlines, and continuously improves processes.
- Maintains productivity in a condensed schedule, manages time blocks efficiently, and fully engages during agreed-upon hours without distraction.
- Uses recruiting metrics and innovative sourcing strategies to make informed decisions; quickly adapts to new platforms and tools.
