Role Overview:
- You will lead preconstruction efforts for solar and storage projects from development handoff to EPC execution.
- You will coordinate contractor engagement, bidding, estimating, and budget formation.
- You will ensure projects are commercially sound, buildable, and aligned with cost, schedule, quality, safety, and compliance goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee contract management, including scope definition, risk allocation, and negotiation support.
- Drive financial management through cost estimates, budgets, and value engineering.
Required Competencies:
- 3–7 years of experience in estimating, preconstruction, or project management for solar/BESS projects.
- Strong understanding of job costing, ERP platforms, and project management software.
- Ability to evaluate constructability, design maturity, and commercial packages.
