Acquisition & Pipeline Management:
- Build and manage a targeted pipeline across segments including operators, founders, creators, domain experts, and thought leaders.
- Own the full sales funnel from first outreach to the start date of an instructor's first cohort.
Relationship & Advisory Role:
- Develop deep, trusted relationships with instructors through strategic insight and clear communication.
- Act as a reliable advisor, shaping the creator ecosystem and providing insights to influence company roadmap.
Launch Support & Strategy:
- Guide instructors through course positioning, landing page development, and launch preparation.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure instructors have necessary resources and track performance to drive success rates.
Team Collaboration & Culture:
- Operate in a high-ownership, remote environment with direct daily feedback and a focus on written communication.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Instructor Success teams to scale acquisition programs.
