About the Role:
- Own Sharebite's contracting engine across the entire org.
- Enhance commercial agreement workflows and refine the CLM platform.
- Support vendor management and compliance processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Improve workflows with AI-assisted clause detection and summarization.
- Manage integrations of our CLM with e-signature platforms and procurement systems.
- Partner with Growth and Account Management teams on deal desk policies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in legal operations, contract management, or related fields.
- Track record with CLM systems implementation and administration.
- Proven aptitude utilizing AI/LLMs.
