Vice President of Pre-Sales

Responsible for leading and scaling a world-class global pre-sales organization, ensuring that Camunda consistently wins technical decisions through high-performing local teams of Solution Architects, Sales Engineers, and Technical Partner Managers. They will establish and scale the Value Engineering function to showcase the quantifiable business value of adopting Camunda’s platform. This role involves overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of a global team, building the value engineering function to quantify ROI and TCO, and supporting strategic sales efforts by collaborating with sales teams to address customer needs. They will also develop scalable processes and ensure cross-functional alignment between sales, product, engineering, and marketing.
