What You'll Own:
- GTM tech stack: Own and optimize HubSpot with field standardization, data hygiene, and integrations.
- Forecasting reporting infrastructure: Build dashboards and forecast rollups for weekly deal reviews.
- Deal desk process design: Run routing logic and own RACI for strategic and velocity deals.
Planning and Compensation:
- Partner on capacity planning, quota design, and comp modeling.
- Identify and implement AI tools to cut manual work in reporting and deal ops.
Cross-functional Glue:
- Sit at the intersection of sales, supply/ops, legal, and finance.
- Identify friction points and get the business unblocked.
