Key Responsibilities:
- Own well delivery, safety, integrity, cost, and schedule from first wells to scale.
- Lead large-diameter borehole construction and pilot novel drilling techniques.
- Build and scale drilling organization, systems, and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering; 15+ years onshore drilling experience.
- IADC/IWCF well control certification; HSE leadership record.
- U.S. person eligible for DOE Export Control requirements.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree; hard-rock/large-diameter drilling; reverse-circulation experience.
- Scaling programs from single-rig to multi-rig; public company experience.
