Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers currently traveling or interested in purchasing/researching travel.
  • Greet and converse with customers courteously and professionally, turning inquiries into sales.
  • Utilize appropriate selling techniques to meet revenue and close rate goals.

Job Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Two years of customer sales, upselling, telemarketing, and service experience required.
  • Two years corporate or leisure travel industry experience required; one-year international booking experience.

Work Environment & Culture:

  • Remote position with hours Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts from 8 AM to 9 PM.
