How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Collaborate with Sales and Professional Service Engineers to define project scope.
- Provide time estimates and budget projections for technical implementations.
- Provide input on Statements of Work (SOWs).
Project Management and Delivery:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for technical implementations.
- Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes with customers.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Technical Implementation and Expertise:
- Become a subject matter expert in both Submittable Next and Zengine platforms.
- Design, test, and troubleshoot API integrations and custom technical solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing guidance to customers and internal teams.
