About the Role:

• Lead the organization responsible for the technical, operational, and strategic enablement of our Partner ecosystem.
• Operate at both the strategic and execution levels setting direction for partner programs.
• Collaborate across the business to reduce friction, improve scalability, and drive measurable partner outcomes.

Your Impact:

• Serve as the primary escalation point for partner or technical issues, guiding the team through effective resolution.
• Act as a senior technical resource and Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing expertise on system requirements.
• Ensure operational consistency across implementation, support, and partner enablement activities.

• Deep expertise with API integrations, technical troubleshooting, and system workflows.
• Strong program and project management capabilities; comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and mentor technical teams while promoting operational excellence.
