Benefits Specialist

As a Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for administering team member benefits programs, coordinating wellness initiatives, and supporting annual enrollment. You'll deliver excellent customer service, providing guidance and assistance to team members with benefits inquiries. You will also process and audit benefit invoices, administer wellness fund reimbursements, and ensure compliance with regulations. Additionally, you'll support leave of absence programs, collaborate with third-party administrators, and track leave usage and eligibility.
