Privacy Analyst II (Compliance)

The Privacy Analyst II will support Navitus Health Solutions' Compliance team! This role involves organizing the Corporate Compliance and HIPAA Privacy Programs. Responsibilities include policy reviews, risk assessment, documentation, breach assessment, and HHS OCR reporting. The analyst will stay updated on HIPAA Privacy and regulatory changes and assist with privacy, compliance committee duties, and metrics reporting. This role supports compliance education, guidance, and process improvement. Leads the investigation, resolution, and documentation of privacy issues, privacy breaches and disclosures. Requires knowledge of both the technical and operational sides of the business.
