Responsibilities:
- Handle all phases of litigation including motions, depositions, and discovery.
- Engage in forward-facing client interactions and appearances at hearings and trials.
- Work with minimal supervision while contributing as a team player.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare litigation.
- Strong academic background and proven research skills.
- Trial experience is preferred but not required.
