Job Description
Sales Broker Role:
- Identify customer needs to build on existing products, including developing contact plans, introducing new products and services.
- Sell insurance products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
- Tackle complex insurance-related cases, creatively utilizing all available resources until full resolution is achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and close new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Develop in-depth product and market knowledge to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- RIBO license is required.
- Proven track record of overachieving sales targets in a high-pressure, quota-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
