Job Description

The Sales & Business Development Associate (German-Turkish Speaking) will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth in the EMEA market. This role will involve collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and client acquisition within the accounting sector. Responsibilities include developing and executing business development strategies, identifying and generating leads, setting sales goals, strengthening partnership channels, collaborating with marketing, acting as the primary contact for clients, building relationships with executives, representing the company at events, delivering presentations, analyzing data, solving client issues, providing feedback, managing projects, and ensuring coordination with internal teams. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Finance or Accounting preferred), 4-7 years of experience in sales and customer support, proven ability in sales, client acquisition, and business development, fluency in Business English, Turkish, and at least one additional European language, excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills, proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, and strong organizational and analytical skills.
