Healthcare Regulatory Counsel

Privia Health seeks a Healthcare Regulatory Counsel to provide support on a wide range of legal matters, working with the legal team to navigate the complex healthcare landscape. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams, providing expert legal guidance, developing policies, and reviewing contracts. The Regulatory Counsel will conduct research and analysis of federal and state healthcare laws, translate legal requirements into actionable steps, draft policies, provide legal advice to stakeholders, review contracts, mitigate legal risks, and assist in developing training programs. The ideal candidate should be agile and comfortable working remotely. Job duties include legal analysis, policy development, stakeholder guidance, and contract review.
