Event Strategy & Portfolio Management:
- Build and execute the event plan that drives awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement.
- Define event objectives, target audiences, and success metrics tied to demand generation and revenue goals.
Event Execution & Logistics:
- Own end-to-end execution for all events: venue sourcing, vendor management, logistics, booth design, staffing, and on-site operations.
- Manage event budgets with rigor — forecasting, tracking, and optimizing spend across the portfolio.
- Coordinate cross-functional event teams including sales, product, and leadership to maximize impact at every touchpoint.
Pipeline & Performance Measurement:
- Track and report on event pipeline contribution, lead generation, and customer engagement outcomes.
- Establish pre- and post-event processes including outreach, follow-up coordination, and CRM hygiene in partnership with sales ops.
