Event Strategy & Portfolio Management:
- Own and manage Komodo's conference and event calendar.
- Partner with product marketing, sales, and revenue marketing to align event selection.
- Manage the events budget and bring investment recommendations.
Experience Design & Execution:
- Lead end-to-end execution of Komodo's presence at trade shows.
- Design the attendee experience across every touchpoint.
- Own all logistics: venue sourcing, BEOs, F&B, AV production, etc.
Measurement & Optimization:
- Define and track KPIs: attendance, pipeline created, cost per attendee.
- Deliver post-event reports that give the team clear visibility into event ROI.
- Build and maintain event playbooks and operational checklists.
