About the role:
- Design and execute high-impact live experiences that bring Garner’s brand and value proposition to life.
- Support and execute across both third-party events and Garner-hosted experiences.
- Design thoughtful, engaging experiences that drive brand awareness.
What you will do:
- Translate event strategy into detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage vendors, venues, speakers, and budgets to deliver polished experiences.
- Own event data workflows, including building and managing invite lists from Salesforce.
The ideal candidate has:
- Proven ability to execute high-quality events with strong attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort manipulating data in Excel/Google Sheets and working with Salesforce.
