Growth Strategy Director

You'll translate strategic goals into plans, align product, go-to-market, operations, and finance teams, and engage with customers to understand market needs. Staying informed on emerging AI tools and trends is also a key aspect of the role. The Growth Strategy Director will spot obstacles early and work collaboratively to remove them, support team guidance by framing key points, and develop simple processes to keep initiatives progressing smoothly. They will also track progress on strategic initiatives, communicate updates effectively, and serve as a partner in critical thinking.
