- Handle temperature excursion inquiries and assist with troubleshooting, utilizing standard content and FAQs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fluent in English and German, with French as a plus, and based in Portugal with valid work authorization.
- Preferred bachelor's degree or 2-5 years of experience in customer service, especially within pharma/biotech call centers.
Technical and Role Attributes:
- Experience with AWS Connect and Salesforce Health Cloud is preferred, along with strong PC and Microsoft Office skills.
- Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle calls, chats, and emails effectively.
