Sr Business Analyst

About the Role:

• As a Senior Business Analyst on the HSA Core Product team, you'll turn data into product decisions affecting hundreds of thousands of members.
• You'll also contribute to requirements and business process definition to support the team.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze contribution balances, cash balances, and revenue trends to uncover opportunities across the HSA core product.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries against large relational datasets.
• Use AI tools like Claude daily for query writing and data exploration, and present findings to leadership.

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years in business analysis or data analytics with strong SQL expertise.
• Experience in fintech, HSA, HRA, FSA, or regulated financial services preferred.
• Daily use of AI tools and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
