Job Description

The Customer Support Representative is responsible for handling customer queries from our users while driving for a one-touch resolution experience. This role involves assisting users across our dual-side marketplace and efficiently addressing & solving user issues primarily via live channels. The goal is to maintain & exceed KPIs aimed at customer satisfaction, productivity, and accuracy. Key aspects include building connection and trust with our users, providing an exceptional experience, and resolving their queries in a timely manner. Also identifies trends and provides constructive feedback to other employees and departments as necessary. Available full-time (40 hours / week); weekend and holiday availability is required.
