Job Description
Pismo is seeking a bold, transformative leader to build and scale a world-class Client Success function for the EMEA region. This leader will architect, build, and own the entire client experience from post implementation through crisis management, and long-term value creation. They will lead, recruit, and develop a global high-performing team of Client Success Partners, instilling a culture of ownership, precision, and continuous improvement.
The Director of Customer Success will work with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, Visa Client Services, and Control Functions to translate client needs into solutions that drive growth and operational excellence. They will evolve and scale the client lifecycle, champion growth and development, lead value mapping sessions, accelerate operational uplift strategy, deepen a data-driven culture, and own key success metrics. The role involves leading incident response and escalations, collaborating with Sales and Solutioning, engaging in client presentations, and providing strategic feedback to product and technology teams.
